In common with most of our projects you can decide how much you want to charge parents for tea towels. This means you are in control of the amount of fundraising profit that is made on the sale of every tea towel.
The prices you choose to charge parents are those that will be shown on the website when parents go online to order their child’s personalised tea towel. The price we charge you for tea towels is shown below. Delivery is FREE for all orders over £200, £10 otherwise.
You can only choose a SINGLE towel size for your project which will be guided by how you want to “group” your children. If you want groups of less than 90 children per towel then we would recommend you choose the 60×40 towels. If you want more than 90 children in each “group” (possibly a single group if you want a whole school tea towel) then you would need to choose a 100×50 base towel. It is NOT possible to have both sizes available in a single online shop.
A fully personalised tea towel measuring 40cm x 60cm and made from 100% cotton with a super absorbent microfleece front. The individual child's design will be placed at the centre of the tea towel with the remaining children's portraits arranged around the outside. Only £4.80 (incl VAT). We would suggest a maximum of around 90 portraits can fit on a towel of this size.
A fully personalised tea towel measuring 50cm x 100cm and made from 100% cotton with a super absorbent microfleece front. The individual child's design will be placed at the centre of the tea towel with the remaining children's portraits arranged around the outside. Only £7.20 (incl VAT). We would suggest a maximum of around 300 portraits can fit on a towel of this size.
A fully personalised tea towel measuring 40cm x 60cm and made from 100% cotton with a super absorbent microfleece front. This towel is printed with only the child's design on, making it super personalised. Only £4.80 (incl VAT).

A lovely portable gift item, these keyrings will be printed with the child's artwork and name. Make it easy to identify the correct set of car keys quickly using your child's unique artwork.
A popular option are our fabulous cushion covers. Measuring 40cm x 40cm they come printed on one-side with your child's artwork and their name. As these are a very standard sized cushion cover, inners can be purchased easily and at a relatively low cost from high street stores.
A pack of 12 greetings cards and white envelopes. Cards are A6 (105mm x 146mm) when folded and come with white diamond flapped gummed envelopes. All cards are supplied blank inside so they can be used for a variety of uses from invitations to thank you cards.
Measuring a generous 90mm x 60mm each one contains the image drawn by your child together with their name. The image is encapsulated in a plastic magnet casing with a magnetic strip on the reverse for securing to your fridge.

The entire process from requesting an artwork pack to final receipt of printed tea towels normally takes in the region of 6-8 weeks. However it all depends crucially on how long you take to produce drawings and how long you give parents to order. It takes us up to two weeks from closure of your online shop to dispatching completed tea towel orders.
