Creating an academic year school calendar with School Fundraising is simple. However you give you an idea of how it works we have set out below the major steps so you can see exactly how the process proceeds.
Place a preliminary Online Order online specifying the type of calendar you would like and the quantity.
You are under no obligation at this point but it creates an order in our system that we require to work on the PDF artwork for your calendar.
...will email upon receipt of your order to establish which design you wish to utilise and to establish what else you would like worked into your calendar in terms of dates, images, titles etc.
...create a PDF proof of your calendar based on your choice of style and format. We can make as many alterations to this proof as you want until you are happy with the final layout.
This is typically performed by email exchange.
...approve the PDF proof when you are completely happy with it.
...create two hard copy calendars which we send to you, free of charge. You can then use these calendars to collect orders and payment from parents. We do this so the parents can see the calendars at first hand before ordering.
...place an order with us for the required number of calendars.
...print your calendars and deliver them to the school. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the final calendars.
